His mission: to help individuals and teams lead with heart, resilience, and purpose.
A graduate of Dartmouth College and NCAA Division I lacrosse player, Adam began his career at HawkPartners, a premier strategy consulting firm serving Fortune 500 clients. Over the course of 150+ projects across 25+ industries, he guided executives and leadership teams in sharpening their strategic decisions and deepening their impact.
